Choose a ministry area, join a small group, or begin serving in a concrete way.

Why It Matters To Tree of Life

Moves people from interest to participation across worship, care, and neighborhood service.

Ministry at Tree of Life

We do not view ministry as filling slots on a schedule. We see it as participation in the life of Christ, the care of the church, and the transformation of the community around us.

Why We Serve

Tree of Life has learned that healthy ministry is measured by more than attendance or activity. We care about relationships formed, people strengthened, needs met, and trust built in the neighborhood.

How We Serve

We want volunteers and leaders who can listen well, show up consistently, and serve with humility. Ministry here should be relational, Spirit-led, and responsive to the actual context of Brookline and Pittsburgh.

What We Value

We value worship, prayer, hospitality, justice, and practical care. We believe ministry can be both organic and structured, flexible and dependable, local and deeply spiritual.

Ways to Get Involved

There are opportunities to serve through worship, hospitality, children, community outreach, food advocacy, event support, and other hands-on ministries that help people feel seen and cared for.

Your Next Steps

Come back next Sunday, join a small group, get baptized, serve with us, or meet the pastor. Many people get connected at Tree of Life by taking one simple next step and staying consistent.

You can also text HELLO, SERVE, PRAYER, or CONNECT to 412-744-8003 for specific next-step information.

Small Groups

Small groups are one of the clearest ways to move from attending to belonging. Groups vary throughout the year and may include book studies, Bible studies, Bible art journaling, prayer groups, art groups, and fellowship groups.

They exist to help people build relationships, grow spiritually, and stay encouraged in everyday life.

Stay Connected

Tree of Life uses Church Center for event signups, giving, and group participation. It is one of the simplest ways to stay connected to what is active right now.
